By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, using our Instant Quote tool, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Republic Indy, LLC (d/b/a Republic Roofing), a roofing contractor based in Fishers, Indiana. We provide roofing inspection, repair, and replacement services and use the Site to share information about our services and to let you request estimates. Our contact information appears at the end of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or request services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is your own or that you are authorized to provide it.
4. Use of the Site
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — for example, to learn about our services, request an estimate, or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a property address you have no right to request work for;
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
- Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission; or
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or resell any part of the Site or its content except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
6. The Instant Quote Tool
The Instant Quote tool gives you a non-binding price range for roofing work at the property address you provide. The estimate is based on the inputs you supply and on publicly available property data. It is not a quote, contract, or final price. A formal quote requires an in-person inspection and a signed agreement.
Any price range produced by the tool is provided for general informational purposes only. Final pricing depends on an on-site inspection, actual site conditions, measurements, material selections, and current material and labor costs at the time a contract is signed.
7. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you have the right to request a quote or services for the property in question. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or pricing differences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information you provide.
8. Communications and Text Message (SMS) Consent
By submitting a quote request or contact form, you authorize Republic Roofing — and Toolsey, Inc. as our software service provider — to contact you about your request and your project by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including by automated means, at the phone number and email address you provide.
Text messaging. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you may reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message, and we may still send you transactional messages necessary to deliver a service you requested.
Email and phone. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Transactional communications necessary to respond to your request or deliver your quote or services may continue even after you opt out of marketing messages.
9. Privacy and Your Data
We respect your privacy. Information you submit through the Site — such as your name, contact details, and property address — is collected and used to respond to your request, prepare estimates, and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our software service provider, Toolsey, Inc., processes certain information on our behalf to operate the Site and its tools. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site, the Instant Quote tool, and all related content — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — are owned by Republic Roofing, Toolsey, Inc., or our respective licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The “Republic Roofing” name and logo are our marks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may use the Site as needed to request a quote or services for yourself.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, and it may rely on third-party tools such as those provided by Toolsey, Inc. We provide these links and tools for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Disclaimers — No Warranty
The Site and the Instant Quote tool are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any price range produced by the Instant Quote tool will match the final cost of any work. This section addresses only the Site and online tools; the warranties for any roofing work we perform are governed by the separate signed agreement for that work.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Republic Indy, LLC (d/b/a Republic Roofing) nor Toolsey, Inc. will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Instant Quote tool. Our total liability to you in connection with the Site and the Instant Quote tool will not exceed the amount you paid us for use of those online tools, which is zero dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Republic Indy, LLC, Toolsey, Inc., and our respective owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement for roofing work, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
