• Service providers — Toolsey, Inc., our software service provider, which hosts the Instant Quote tool and routes leads to our team, and other trusted providers (such as scheduling, financing, and manufacturer warranty partners) only as necessary to deliver the services you request;
• Professional advisors — our accountants, attorneys, and insurers, as needed;
• Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Republic Roofing, our customers, or others; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

6. Communications and Your Consent

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you authorize Republic Roofing — and Toolsey, Inc. as our service provider — to contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request and your project, including by automated means, at the contact information you provide. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

7. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services, follow up on your interest, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Quote and lead data is typically retained for 36 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will update this Privacy Policy if that changes.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
